By accessing or using ToolZappy ("the Website", available at toolzappy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ToolZappy provides a suite of free, browser-based online utility tools including but not limited to image background removers, passport photo editors, QR code generators, invoice creators, PDF tools, text converters, and network diagnostic tools.

All tools operate on a self-service basis without requiring account registration. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership

Your Ownership: You retain 100% of the intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership over all photos, documents, invoices, text, or graphics you create or process using ToolZappy.

ToolZappy does not claim any ownership over your content. Because file processing occurs client-side in your browser, ToolZappy never stores, hosts, or distributes your creations.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use ToolZappy to:

Generate deceptive, fraudulent, or malicious QR codes (e.g. phishing links or malware distribution).
Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, automated scraping, or server probing via our API endpoints.
Process materials that infringe upon copyright, trademarks, or personal privacy rights of any third party.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToolZappy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive for accuracy across all conversion algorithms and utilities, we do not warrant that results will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ToolZappy, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our tools or website.
